After placing your order please create a support ticket titled "Migration Request". The recommeneded way of allowing us to do the migrations for you is to supply login information for your current provider and any additional control panel logins that may be needed. It is also recommended that we handle any DNS changes and to do that we will also need the login information where you manage your DNS.
When you create your "Migration Request" ticket you will see a second lower box "Server Logins". This is where you can securely enter the login details that we need, this information is encrypted than deleted once the ticket is closed.

- We only migrate stored emails if you are migrating from cPanel.
- Migrations are usually done 12 to 24 hours from the time you create your ticket.
- This time may be longer on weekends, or if you have a large number of sites.
- Migrations will not cause any downtime or effect your SEO rankings.

If you would like us to migrate more sites for you there is a $10 per domain fee.
Before changing DNS we check your site thoroughly to be sure nothing is broken, but it is possible that we miss something. If you see something broken that was working prior to the migration please let us know.
