Seeing Somebody Elses Site When Accessing My Site VIA Server IP

If you do not have a dedicated IP as most don't then you are using the servers main shared IP. If you try to access your website using your temporary url but with https for example:

https://ipaddress/~cpanelusername/

You will either endup on somebody elses website or on our test site for that server. This is normal behaviour and nothing to worry about. When accessing anything over https on the main shared IP the webserver uses the first site in its list to have a SSL installed. Use http instead and you will be able to access your site on your temporary URL without issue.
