Login to your cPanel and scroll down until you see MagicSpam:
Open and select "Logs". Then enter the email address that was sending or the one you were expecting to receive the email at and hit search:
Note: Wildcars are accepted. Ex. *@kickassd.net, this would show all mail from that domain that were blocked by MagicSpam.
If you see the domain or email address listed on the resulting search results then you will need to whitelist that domain or email address.

Click the exemptions tab at top, and in the next page look for "Sender From Whitelist".
Again Wildcards are supported as you see from our Sendgrid example. This is not recommended unless you absolutely trust this domain. Save, and you should now receive emails as expected.
