Dedicated IPs in our shared hosting environment are shared account wide. For example let's say you have 3 addon domains and 5 sub-domains and you order a dedicated IP. When the dedicated IP is applied all domains and sub-domains within the cpanel account will than use that same dedicated IP.
If you must have a dedicated IP for other domains than you would need to place another order and put that domain on it's own cPanel account.
