Enabling Mysql Remote Access

Opening up Mysql to remote connections is a security risk and so we grant remote access only by request. In oder to have remote Mysql access please do the following:

- Submit a ticket to support asking for Remote Mysql access. Please also supply the IP that will be used for accessing Mysql, this IP needs to be static (doesn't change)

- Enter cpanel and in the Remote Mysql section add the same IP you gave support.

You should now be able to connect to Mysql, if not please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
